Prolifit is a combination of the words “prolific” and “fitness” as inspired by the theme of the year "The year of the prolific Church".

In furtherance of the P.A.L.M.S Project, a healthy lifestyle package for members of Christ Embassy churches, inspired by our Dear Man of God; Rev Chris Oyakhilome, and put together by the LoveWorld Medical Missions and services of the Healing School Ministry Department.
